Questions, answered.

What does merchant of record mean?

RLTY is the legal seller of your product. We sell to your customer, collect and remit the tax, and carry the liability for payments, fraud and disputes. You receive the net proceeds.

Is sales tax included in the fee?

Our fee covers registering, calculating, collecting and filing. The tax itself is paid by your buyer on top of your price.

Who handles chargebacks and refunds?

We do. RLTY responds to disputes, manages refunds under your refund policy and supports your buyers with billing questions.

How and when do I get paid?

Your balance, net of tax and fees, is paid to your local bank account on a fixed schedule over domestic payment rails.

Can I sell to enterprise buyers on invoice?

Yes. RLTY issues tax invoices with PO numbers and net terms and collects by bank transfer into local accounts.
